I am the Manager of Hanoi Deluxe Hotel.
We do received your reservation with about more than 20 reservations come to us on the same time since yesterday. This is a very big strange for us. After check again the room rate, We found that the room rate was not = 1USD/night.
This is a big mistake from the IT system.
Our hotel account was hacked by a hacker, so they changed all our hotel room rate on hostelbookers,com site and also other site too. So we hope you would understand for us. In fact they did hack our main hotel website, tripladvisor page...During last week we got many trouble.
If you still want to stay with us, please agree to pay the real rate, or not we will not worry if you make the cancellation for your reservation at our hotel. Because as you know 1 night stay cost only 0.01USD is nothing, and We are not crazy that make a stupid advertising.
