When I bought the tickets, I had them sent to my hotmail. When I applied for membership, I used my gmail as a registered email address. The system didn't accept my hotmail address, so I have to use gmail instead. My bad :( No matter how many times I try, it keeps saying "No booking found". You are star! :) The reason why the system didn't accept my hotmail address is because I've already been AirAsia member. That was almost 10 years ago! And of course I couldn't remember the password. I used 'forget password' function and found that it was my ex ex ex boyfriend's name. Hahaha. Then I followed your instructions above, using 'view other bookings'. And that's it! My booking is there!
