Since the 10th of November 2012 to the 12th of December 2012, it has been about one month without any explanation or answer from Oscar Nova Tour Co. or related persons, Ms.Mhai, the emails owner and Annie, the guide.
Therefore, I shall conclude the details in order:
I bought an Oscar Nova tours travel program in order to go to Eastern Europe for 9 days, from 19 to 27 October 2012. The program costs 99,000 Baht. Instead of a pleasant trip this is what I received:
1. The program is ambiguously advertised. The time is wrong. The type of food and the accommodation is substandard for a travel program at this price while some travel programs of other companies can provide more at a lower price.
2. Guides from Oscar Nova Tour Co. dont have any standard quality of professional guide. They dont have knowledge, ability and ethics. They dont have any suitable quality to guide this trip.
3. Guides from this company dont have service mind. They treat customers differently. In my opinion, it seems like they classify customer into two groups: VIP. group and NORMAL group. And, as expected, they completely ignored the supposedly NORMAL group while the VIP. group received excessive intimacy.
4. The employees along with the guides are disrespectful and they have no manner toward customer. They show their carelessness via e-mail, Facebook and telephone. They reserved seats on the bus for certain customers and some customers cant choose seat on their content when some can have their wanted seats without any effort. When explanation is requested, the guides ignored and just walked away. And they also neglected some demands made by certain customers
5. Oscar Nova tour Co. and employees reveal some personal information to outsider in order to make information from unhappy customer look fake. I, an unfortunate customer, Chao Kok, was insulted and disdained by other people because of the confusing and ambiguous protest from the companys people and the others.
I have tried my best to make the issue clear to all of you. Please understand and be informed that I dont have any impure purpose for I am, too, an assaulted one and I have the right to express my indignation. Thank you.
And one more thing,
Does a company have the right to give personal information of customers to outsiders??????
