Products from TH arrive BE every Tuesday morning, but the shops will be ready to sell then to retails customers in the afternoon.
If you need exotic vegetable from TH, Sang Thai is a grocery shop in Antwerp. Antwerp is only 40 minutes away from BXL, all the shop are only 5 minutes away from central train station.
BXL is quite big if you want to buy a lots of TH grocery there, you need to take taxi. If you really want to buy them in BXL, I will a street for you.
