During the maternity leave ,The company will pay wage same as wage in normal working day throughout the period of maternity leave but not more than 45 days. (และจะดำเนินการให้พนักงานในการับค่าจ้างอีก 45 วัน จากสำนักงานปรกันสังคม )
During the maternity leave, the company will pay normal wages throughout the period of maternity leave but not more than 45 days and will assist the employee to claim another 45 days wages from the Social Security Office (in accord with rights specified in the Social Security Act).
