How to do sugar palm cake?
you have to prepare material such as sugar palm fruit, rice flour, coconut milk, shredded coconut meat, palm sugar, banana leaf and salt.
Mix all together and ferment for a half an hour. During fermentation.
You cut banana leaf and design to be cups. Put it in banana cups when fermentation finished. You can decorate the top of cake by scraps coconut and Finally steam the cake for 15 minutes.
You will see bubble on it and have a delicious dessert.
