"ถนนวัฒนธรรม"ตั้งอยู่บน "ถนนวังเหนือ" อ. เมือง จ.ลำปาง ซึ่งเดิมทีถนนสายนี้เป็นแนวกำแพงเมืองเก่าจึงมีผู้คนอาศัยอยู่เต็มตลอดสองข้างางมาตั้งแต่โบราณ และเป็นถนนที่มีความสวยงามเก่าแก่มากอีกสายหนึ่ง สังเกตได้จากโบราณสถานที่สำคัญอย่าง "กู่เจ้าย่าสุตา" สันนิษฐานว่ากู่เจ้าย่าสุตาเคยเป็นซุ้มประตูโขงของวัดกากแก้ว ในอดีต เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมล้านนาที่มีลวดลายปูนปั้นเทวดาอยู่ทั้ง 4 มุม ซึ่งทางกรรมศิลปากรได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานเมื่อปี พ.ศ 2523 ด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังมี "วัดประตูป่อง" วัดเก่าแก่บนถนนวังเหนือที่มีสถาปัตยกรรมที่สวยงามแบบล้านนาและยังมีแนวกำแพงเดิมหลงเหลืออยู่ให้เห็นด้วย ดังนั้นจึงไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกเลยที่ถนนสายนี้จะมีความสำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์
"The Road Of Cultures" is on "The Wang Nuea Road" which was an old wall where people lived all of either side,beautiful , very old. You could see the important historic site such as "Gou Chouy Ya Suta" assumed that it was a arched entrance of Kak Keal temple. In the past, it was the Architecture of Lanna which had stucco angel tracery on each four corner. So, the Fine Arts Department registered as historic in 1980. There was "Phatoo Phoung temple" where was old temple on the Wang Nuea Road. In addition, There were a wonderful architecture in a style Lanna and it also remains to be seen with the city walls. So, it's not a surprise that this road would be very important to the history.
Thanon Watthanatham (Culture Road) is on Wang Nuea Rd, Muang district, Lampang. This road runs along the old city wall. For this reason, people have settled along this road since ancient time. It is one of the most beautiful roads, considering that there are several ancient structures including "Ku Chai Ya Suta", believed to be an arched entrance of Wat Kak Kaew, a Lanna architectural style with stucco devas on four corners. The Fine Arts Department registered this ancient structure in 1980. There is also Wat Pratupong, an ancient temple in beautiful Lanna style. There is a trace of the old city wall to be seen as well. It is no surprise, then, that Thanon Watthanatham is an important historic road in Lampang.
