ลืม security question ของ apple id ทำยังไงดีค่ะ

พอดีจะซื้อแอพ(ช่วงนี้เกมส์ EA ลดราคาเต็มเลย)
แล้วลืม security question ของ apple id
ก็เลยเมลล์ไปถาม เค้าตามตอบกลับมาว่า
, after investigating your account I found that you are not having any rescue email associated with your account. If you had one then you could have been able to reset the questions by your self. As you are not having any rescue email, you need to contact our account security team. Which is specially meant to handle the issues related to our customers account security. They will ask some verification information to make sure that you are the only one to use the account and then they will reset the security questions for your account.

When that page loads, the "Lost or forgotten Apple ID password" option will be selected. Click "Continue".
On the next screen, you will have the option to call Apple Support now or have them call you later about your account.

ไม่ค่อยเก่งภาษาอังกฤษ แต่เท่าที่อ่าน คือ
ให้เข้าตามลิ้งค์แรก แล้วเลือก Lost or forgotten Apple ID password แล้วกด continue แล้วก็จะเป็นหน้าให้เหมือนโทรไปหาทีม apple support ใช่มั้ยคะ
แล้วเค้าเหมือนจะถามอะไรบางอย่าง เพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นรา แล้วถึงจะรีเซ็ต security questionให้ใช่มั้ยคะ
ตอนโทรไป เค้าจะถามเกี่ยวกับอะไรบ้างอ่ะคะ พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้ ช่วยทีค่ะ
หรือมีวีธีที่เราจะรีเซ็ตเองมั้ยคะ
