In response to the first comment.
The Central Hotels & Resorts Gold Card programme undertakes continuous marketing research to determine the details of business and professional people to whom we make membership invitations by telephone. The details of individuals contacted have either been provided by the individual themselves when visiting our properties, by their associates by way of referral or directly from the companies for which they work. It is our intention that all invitations made are of an open and honest nature leaving the individual to decide whether to join.
In response to the second comment.
Central Hotels & Resorts do have relationships with agencies for whom room allocations are made but these relationships are not to the detriment of our relationship with our members with whom it is our intention to create a long term loyalty relationship with special privileges which are not available to non members.
In response to the third comment.
The Central Hotels & Resorts Gold Card programme operates a customer service center where members can make their reservations directly in the knowledge that their privileged status is recognized and their requests dealt with accordingly. In response to the fourth & fifth comments.
Central Hotels & Resorts categorizes the Central Wong Amat Beach Resort Pattaya as a three star property and whilst it is an older property when compared to others within our group, it's private beach alone represents tremendous value for money. For those members looking for more modern facilities, we are always pleased to recommend one of our sister properties.
In conclusion, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to actual or prospective members with whom it is our intention to serve at all times and trust that this response has offered a satisfactory explanation to the points raised.
