Europe breaks out
17th December: Eurostoxx broke an 18-month double bottom last week. The breakout is marginal. But if it holds or builds, we can say with fair confidence that Europe has bottomed. Hongkong is looking strong and there is a chance that Shanghai is bottoming. Thailand is also looking good and likely to have more upside next year.
